Inert Separations for Oligo LC-MS Workflows

Tuesday, September 30, 2025
8am PDT | 11am EDT | 4pm BST | 5pm CEST

As researchers develop novel oligonucleotide-based biotherapeutics, analytical methods must also evolve to meet scientists’ needs and regulatory requirements for reproducible, high resolution, and sensitive analysis of oligonucleotides. Learn about the types of chromatography compatible with MS detection for oligonucleotide separations for characterization, sequencing, or impurity analysis, including reversed phase with and without ion pair reagents and HILIC. Highly phosphorylated oligonucleotides with modified backbones create the potential for very strong hydrophobic and hydrophilic secondary interactions. This webinar will introduce novel inert column technology that mitigates these interactions to improve peak shape, increase sample recovery and sensitivity, and higher signal to noise for metal-sensitive analytes such as oligonucleotides.
Topics include:
- Know the separation options for oligonucleotide LC/MS
- Learn how inert column hardware can save you time
- Understand how inert columns can improve oligo separations
