Comprehensive SPE

Live Online on 3rd - 4th November

Instructor-led Training

This comprehensive Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) training course provides a thorough understanding of one of the most widely used sample preparation techniques for removing matrix interferences from complex samples.

Solid phase extraction offers a highly quantitative, sensitive, and robust approach to sample clean-up, helping to improve analytical performance and data quality across a wide range of applications. With low setup costs, ease of use, and strong potential for high-throughput and automated workflows, SPE has become an essential sample preparation technique in modern analytical laboratories.

Realizing these benefits, however, requires well-developed SPE methods, a strong understanding of the underlying extraction mechanisms, and effective experimental design during method development. This course is designed to build the expertise needed to develop robust SPE methods and apply them efficiently in routine analytical environments.

Starting with the fundamental principles of solid phase extraction, the course progresses to practical applications, demonstrating how SPE theory can be applied to method development, optimization, and routine sample preparation. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence extraction performance and learn practical strategies for overcoming common challenges.

The course also explores troubleshooting approaches for both routine analysis and method development, helping participants improve method robustness, extraction efficiency, and analytical reliability.

This course is ideal for analytical chemists, laboratory scientists, and method development specialists who want to strengthen their understanding of solid phase extraction and develop more effective, reliable SPE methods for routine laboratory use.
